Yes, so long as the money goes directly to help those who need it most. For example, if your group is going on a mission trip, the money cannot pay for someone's travel. However, if you are building something on the trip, such as a chapel, the money may be used to purchase supplies.

However, you will actually be better off to purchase t-shirts directly from a screenprinter and use the extra money for your outreach.

Then again, if you just "gotta have" some 25 Forty tees, then you gotta have some 25 Forty tees!
